Last Thursday we were off to Glasgow to help the good folks at Fraser Suites, Albion Street, celebrate 20 years in business (and the launch of their new penthouse suites!) . General Manager, Ian, contacted us with the brief of providing 1 refreshing gin cocktail, an accessible whisky cocktail and a couple of 0% "mocktail" options also. The team behind Fraser Suites also manage Caorunn & Balblair so we were fortunate to work with two outstanding Scottish brands!
Cucumber Collins (Caorunn Gin, St. Germain, Cucumber Juice, Lemon Juice, Soda)
Both cocktails were excellently well received with great feedback from guests throughout the evening. However, with it being a Thursday night our 0% options which were a particular hit (no pictures unfortunately- largely because they were gone before we could get any!).
Balblair Smash (Balblair, Lemon Juice, Tea Syrup, Fresh Mint, Apple Juice)
Our team love a trip to the city centre of Glasgow and this particular venture didn't disappoint. It was a great evening of food, drinks and entertainment and a real pleasure to be a part of!
